Licensed real estate salesperson needed to sell new construction homes in a new 60 unit community. As an Agent, you will be working on site as part of a team where you are likely to have 4 or more shifts per week for the listing agency. This position requires an understanding of the local real estate market, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. You will guide clients through every step of the process including selections, options, financing, walk-through and closing.
